We have the largest collection of Portabar parts in the UK, with in-house experts on construction, layouts, installation and themed designs.
Below is a collection of our more common layouts and designs along with hire costs. All costs are based upon a 3 day hire, and can be customised with your preference of worktops, ice-wells, sinks, speed-rails and shelving.
We recommend hiring one metre per 35 guests. Every event is different of course.
Delivery, installation and collection costs vary dependent upon location and time. All costs exclude VAT, and when booking a bar alongside staff, drinks or glassware, the below prices are eligible for discount.BOOK NOW

Our LED panels are unique, in that instead of using simply a tube of light at the top and the bottom, we use a fibre-optic channel matrix, meaning that light is pulled evenly into the middle of the panel, giving a smooth and vibrant effect.
Our larger six bay bars offer greater storage and service space.
With the relaxed culture of festival events and weddings, more and more people were asking us for wooden bar designs. We carefully looked at what other companies were offering, and we set out to make a more interesting wood design, with integrated chalkboards and wooden bar tops.
Likewise, our leather bars have been carefully hand crafted by Fleur Pont Upholstery, for a delicious finish that lends themselves perfectly to speakeasy and events oozing with class.
